Thelma Williams RetiresThelma Williams has retired as the Conservation District Administrator as of the end of July. Thelma served as administrator of the District for 22 years. The Conservation District thanks Thelma for all she has done for the District during those years. She will be greatly missed!! Thelma and her husband, Russ, have purchased a new home in Billings and will be sharing their time between Plentywood and Billings. Thelma plans to spend as much time as possible with their grandchildren in Rochester, MN and Sunburst, MT. All of us at the Conservation District and the NRCS wish Thelma a great retirement!!
